Who we are
Lower My Business Bill is operated by Justin Hall Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service is
We review business bills for internet, phone, cell, SD-WAN, and energy service, check what is available at a service address, and help you compare and switch providers. Business energy options are handled through our Abundant IoT reseller relationship. The review and the address check are free.
How we are paid
Carriers and energy suppliers pay us a referral commission when you buy service through us. We do not add a markup to the price the provider quotes. You never owe us a fee for the review.
Quotes and savings are estimates
Prices, availability, and savings we show you are estimates based on the information you give us and what providers tell us at the time. Providers set their own prices, terms, credit checks, and installation dates, and they can change them. A quote is not a contract until the provider accepts your order.
Your decisions and your contracts
You are never obligated to switch. We do not change, cancel, or order any service without your approval. When you choose a provider, your service contract is between you and that provider, and its terms govern the service. Before you switch, check your current contract for early-termination fees or equipment obligations. We will point out the ones we see, but your existing contract is yours to confirm.
What you agree to send us
Send only information you are allowed to share for the business account involved. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, bank-account details, or Social Security numbers. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
AI assistants and the /mcp endpoint
AI assistants may send requests to our /mcp endpoint on a business's behalf. Requests are rate-limited. Do not use the endpoint to send spam, send someone else's information without permission, or overload the service. We may block traffic that does.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, probe, or disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that harms it, or submit false requests. We may block access that misuses the service.
Content on this site
The text, design, and logo on this site belong to Justin Hall Consulting LLC. Carrier and supplier names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services we can source. Their use does not mean those companies endorse us.
Limits
The website and its general information are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and we are not responsible for a provider's service, outages, billing, or changes to its terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
